As well as collaborating with Kappa to create an amazing collection for the 21st Gumball 3000 rally, we also took this opportunity to activate at Complexcon in Los Angeles.
With the 21st Gumball rally going from London To Tokyo that year, I decided to create a pattern inspired by dragon skin. The complex, layered composition used simple shapes, slightly warped to create a sense of movement.
